Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 August 2026

Zaad does not collect your personal data. There is no account to create, nothing to sign in to, and no analytics, advertising or tracking software of any kind in the app.

What stays on your device

Everything you create in Zaad is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us:

Deleting the app removes all of it. We have no copy, because it was never sent to us.

What leaves your device

The Quran, all ten hadith collections and the duas are bundled inside the app and need no connection. Zaad contacts the network in only two situations, both of which you initiate:

These requests carry only what any web request carries: the file being requested and your device's IP address, which the server needs in order to send the file back. We do not use that information to build a profile, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not sell or share it. No identifier, account, reading history or search term is ever sent.

If you never download optional content and never play recitation, Zaad makes no network requests at all.

Children

Zaad is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above. If a future version of the app were to collect anything, we would say so here before it shipped.
